- communicate Cargo Capacity Management team @ CargoCapacityManagement@ethiopianairlines.com` to secure confirmed blocked Space;
- Nature of good must be clearly indicated as EXPRESS CARGO on Cargo Spot;
- must use EXP Special Handling Code (SHC) on Cargo Spot;
- must send pre-alert message to ADD after flight departure;
